Individual states are responsible for regulating medical waste. The following state regulatory links have been provided for your convenience. Some links lead directly to medical waste regulations, while others take you to regulatory agency websites. Please get in touch with MERI’s customer support if you have questions.

Sizes range from 1 quart to 28 gallon. Each includes a rigid biohazard container, shipping materials, pre-paid postage, and a manifest document noting proper destruction of your waste.
When your container is full, simply place it in the pre-paid shipping box and take to any U.S. Post Office, or give it to your USPS carrier.
The service also provides an electronic record of the proper destruction of your waste, which will be kept on file for five years at MERI’s licensed treatment facility.
